This article, entitled “Digitization of Health Services and Citizen Inclusion: A Sociological Approach in Light of the Digital Divide and Spatial Disparity – The Case of Driouch Province, Midar City”, examines the integration of digitization into the Moroccan health system through appointment booking platforms, electronic medical records, and digital health insurance. It highlights citizens’ and health professionals’ perceptions of their daily experience with these services, showing that digitization, despite its role in modernizing health administration and facilitating access, exposes new gaps linked to digital illiteracy, weak infrastructure, and generational and spatial disparities. This reflects the need for fairer approaches that consider the specificities of vulnerable areas.
